Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. All hampers are packed with protective materials to ensure glass and perishable items arrive in perfect condition.

Do you offer same-day delivery for last-minute gifts?

Same-day delivery is available in select metropolitan areas for orders placed before 11:00 AM local time.

What happens if the recipient is not home during delivery?

If a secure location is available, our couriers will leave the hamper. Otherwise, a calling card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can enter a custom message which we will print on a premium gift card and include inside the hamper.
